Holiday giveaway

1. Sponsor​

This giveaway is organized by Omniae, Inc. (Sponsor)​

2. Eligibility​

The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States, ages 18 and older, excluding residents of:​

Alaska​

Hawaii​

Puerto Rico​

3. Giveaway Period​

The giveaway begins on the date of the Instagram post announcement and ends on Monday, January 9, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.​

4. How to Enter​

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps:​

 Follow Omniae on the platform where they saw the giveaway content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn) using the official handle: @omniae.app

Comment “Holiday Ready” on the giveaway post and tag one friend.​

Bonus entry (optional): Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Stories and tag @omniae.app.​

Bonus entries are counted only if the Instagram account is public or the tag is visible to Omniae.​

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this giveaway. 

5. Prize​

Two winners will receive each:​

1 × Oura Ring 4 Silver​

1-year Oura Membership included​

After the first 12 months, the Oura Membership subscription will continue at the winner’s own expense, based on Oura’s pricing at that time.​

No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted unless the Sponsor, at its discretion, determines otherwise.​

6. Winner Selection​

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the giveaway closes.​

The winner will be contacted via a direct message on the same platform where they entered (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn), specifically from the official @omniae.app account.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.​

 Once contact is established, Omniae will send the winner an Oura Ring sizing kit to determine the correct ring size.
After the winner provides their size using the sizing kit, the prize will be shipped to the address they provide. 

7. Verification​

The potential winner may be required to verify:​

Eligibility (age, residency)​

Completion of all entry steps​

Failure to comply will result in disqualification.​

8. Shipping​

Prize shipping is available only within the contiguous United States.​
Omniae is not responsible for:​

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments​

Incorrect shipping information provided by the winner​

Customs, taxes, or additional fees (if applicable)​

9. Rights Granted​

By entering, participants grant Omniae permission to use:​

Your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn handle 

Your comment or publicly visible story share​

Your name (first name and initial of last name)​

for content or promotional purposes related to the giveaway, without further compensation.​

10. Privacy​

By entering the giveaway, participants also consent to join the Omniae email list via their beta signup. Information collected will be handled in accordance with Omniae’s Privacy Policy.​

11. Release​

Participants release Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Omniae from any liability arising from:​

12. General Conditions​

The Sponsor reserves the right to:​

Cancel or modify the giveaway due to technical issues, fraud, or unforeseen circumstances​

Disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or non-compliant​

All decisions made by Omniae are final.​
